  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

  • Shipping Cost: If you spend more than $150 on products from our store, you are granted free shipping. *This does not apply to customers ordering from the US*

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase from BÉS 57. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Here's how it works:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credit is offered 8-30 days after your initial purchase. 

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at besfiftyseven@gmail.com. Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds/Store Credit: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which can be used towards future purchases.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
